Hepsi Priyadharsini
Hepsi is a warm and dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist who supports neurodivergent children — from infancy through to school age — and their families across Australia, India, and Singapore.
Since qualifying in 2003 in Chennai, India, she has specialised in strength-based, family-centred care for children with developmental, sensory, learning, and behavioural needs, working across clinic, home, and school settings.
Hepsi is passionate about discovering each child’s unique strengths and understanding the barriers that shape their everyday participation. She works closely alongside parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, believing that the best outcomes grow from genuine collaboration and trusted therapeutic relationships.
Her training includes Ayres Sensory Integration (ASI), Brazelton Touchpoints, Cognitive Orientation to Occupational Performance (CO-OP), DIR/Floortime, Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Handwriting Without Tears, Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), Sequential Oral Sensory Approach (SOS), and Zones of Regulation. She holds foundational training in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competence.
Hepsi is currently pursuing her PhD, bridging research and practice to create meaningful change in children’s everyday lives. She is a clinical educator who supervises occupational therapy honours and master’s students on placement.
She is AHPRA-registered and a member of Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA).
Outside of work, Hepsi loves spending time with family and friends, exploring Brisbane, and reading.
